8/31/2010 Kaylee's First Day of Kindergarten

Kaylee was counting down the days for when she got to go to school with "mommy." I'm a school teacher and had to start working 2 weeks before school started. I forgot that Kindergarten in our district doesn't start for 3 weeks until after I(the teachers) had to go back to work, so I had told her that she got to start Kindergarten when I went back to work. Man, was it a dissapointment on her side when I had to tell her that I messed up and told her wrong. She got over the dissapointment quickly when I was able to show Kaylee on the calendar how much time she got to wait until she started school. This is her first day of school shot.
